Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Brian Lund, DC

Dr. Brian Lund is a chiropractor and founder of Blaine Health & Wellness where he has been practicing in the Blaine community for over 10 years. Dr. Lund and his clinic have been voted Best of Blaine in 2022, 2023 and Dr. Lund was recently named a Minnesota Monthly Best of Chiropractors in the Twin Cities in 2024. He holds a bachelors degree in Human Anatomy and his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota in 2009.

After suffering a shoulder injury playing football in high school, Dr. Lund experienced first-hand the benefits of chiropractic care for treating sports injuries and maintaining overall health. This sparked his passion for chiropractic and helping patients through natural healing methods.

Dr. Lund strongly believes chiropractic care should be an integral part of every person's health regimen. At Blaine Health and Wellness, he strives to help patients achieve optimal health and wellness through services including spinal adjustment, physical therapy, massage therapy and more.

In addition to running his own clinic, Dr. Lund serves as a preceptor for chiropractic students, helping train the next generation of chiropractors.

Dr. Lund and his family reside in Blaine and are active members of the community. He enjoys spending time with his wife Angela, two children Lucia and Christian and their yellow lab Maggie. Dr. Lund loves meeting new people, traveling to new destinations, golfing, being outdoors and taking trips to the cabin.

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Marshall Rengstorf, DC

Dr. Marshall Rengstorf was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota in November 2021.

Marshall first discovered chiropractic in his adolescence when he fell out of a tree and landed on his tailbone. As a chiropractic patient, Marshall saw firsthand the positive results of chiropractic on pain, function, and overall wellbeing. He enjoys helping patients getting back to what they love to do and developing a healthy and pain free community.

Marshall currently lives in Minneapolis with his fiancé Bridget and their dog Digit. Marshall enjoys canoeing and camping, as well as walking around Minneapolis lakes and the occasional ice cream cone afterwards.

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Jagar Hanson, DPT

Dr. Jagar Hanson grew up in Baxter, MN, part of the Brainerd Lakes Area. He attended undergrad at University of North Dakota obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology before returning to UND to for his doctorate of physical therapy which was earned in May of 2022.

Dr. Hanson was initially drawn to the field of physical therapy through his involvement in athletics and observing how different fields of health helped athletes such as himself. This inspired his desire to help a wider range of people reach their strength and mobility goals.

In his free time, you can find him watching or attending some of the many sports events he enjoys whether it’s the Vikings, Twins, Wolves or the Wild. Dr. Hanson also enjoys spending time on the boat and outside activities with friends and family.

Dana Tutland

Dana's extensive background in the wellness industry fuels her dedication to client care. Her holistic perspective on health aligns seamlessly with the principles of red light therapy. She leads our red light therapy, Red Light Slim, which is specifically designed to help patients reach fat loss and skin rejuvenation goals with the FDA-cleared UltraSlim red light.

Massage Therapist

Monica Xiong

Monica was born in Santa Barbara, California, but has spent most of her life here in Minnesota. She received her certification for therapeutic massage from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington and has 14 years of experience working in a clinical setting.

She believes the combination of chiropractic care and massage therapy produces the best results and seeing patients get better is her favorite part of the job.

She loves spending time with friends and family, especially the cutest girl in the world, her niece. Monica also loves to try new restaurants or experiment with new recipes and ingredients.
