What if I have a deductible?
Your insurance agent will let you know if you have a deductible to meet for medical or car repairs. Insurance companies often waive the deductible depending on the fault of the accident. Only your insurance agent can tell you if you will be responsible for paying a deductible if you have one.
Where do I get a claim number?
Claim numbers are issued by your insurance company when you report an accident. Bring it with you and we will take care of the rest.
Do you work with all auto insurance companies?
Yes, we work with all auto insurance carriers and adjusters to make sure you get the best treatment you need for a full recovery.
Do you work with other doctors or clinics?

Will you work with my attorney?
If you already have an attorney, please inform us immediately and we will work directly with your attorney on your case.
Can I get treatment anywhere?
Yes, you have the right to get treatment for your injuries wherever you feel the most comfortable and confident in the care you are receiving.
What about billing when my claim hasn’t settled?
Although you are ultimately responsible for your bill, we will wait for settlement of your claim for up to six months after your care is completed. Once the claim is settled or if you suspend or terminate care, any fees for services are due immediately. We will review the process with you to answer any questions you may have.
